200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

February 27th, 2020 - January 7th, 2021

Interested in a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training? Yoga Teacher Training does not necessarily mean that you intend to teach yoga. It is a beautiful way to deepen your practice, increase mindfulness, learn about your body and ALL things yoga, all with the support of your fellow yogis! It does not matter if you have taken one yoga class or 1,000 – this training will you meet you wherever you are on your yogic path. If you decide at the end of your teacher training journey that you would like to share yoga with others through teaching – then that is a bonus! Whether you decide to teach or not, all that you will learn can apply to your everyday journey.
We will take field trips, complete exciting projects, learn from special guests, and through community service projects give back to our beautiful lake area. At the completion of your training, you will be certified RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga
